This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web and API-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems meet performance benchmarks and deliver high-quality user experiences.**Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web and API-based applications* Identify performance bottlenecks, root causes, and recommend optimizations across application, database, and infrastructure layers* Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure systems meet performance benchmarks* Create performance test scripts, scenarios, and data models that simulate real-world usage patterns* Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs* Contribute to continuous performance testing within CI/CD pipelines* All other duties as assigned**Requirements*** 3+ years of experience in performance and automation testing* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience* Proficiency with Apache JMeter (Must Have)* Experience with LoadRunner, TruClient, VuGen* Experience with distributed load testing and cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS EC2, Linux)* Experience with New Relic or similar performance monitoring tools* Ability to script performance test scripts using BlazeMeter* Ability to interpret test results and create Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)* Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices**Work in a Way That Works for You**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
