**UX Designer****Primary Skills**:UX Designer, Figma, Wireframes, illustrations, Sketch Duration: 6 Months - with possible extension- Explore, design and solution process and user journeys in mocks.- Action plans explorations/storyboards; wireframes; visual design; punch list / QA review- Risk Reviews UX: pick-up wireframes; finish visual design & edge cases; dev hand-offs; punch list / QA reviews.- Systemic Risk Assessment: explorations/storyboards; assisting with UX planning and prioritization.- RMS Common components UX: ongoing; documenting reusable/repeatable design components for UX and engineering to reference.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Create design concepts, user flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, design mocks, click-thru prototypes, and design assets, product branding and illustrations - using UX Research Insights & review/check-in feedback as inputs to the design solution during the engagement.- Communicate with UX leads, engineers and product managers to share work for review/feedback, communicate design decisions clearly, make recommendations for product requirements, and refine design work based on feedback from check ins / reviews - ensuring consistency of components, structure, interactions, flows etc. across the program.- Maintain well organized design documentation and delivery files to be handed off to Engineering.- Componentize UX solutions in Figma when appropriate so they are easy to change, update or be handed off to another UX Designer if necessary.- Evaluate product quality and recommend design changes accordingly.- Demonstrate / review comps with appropriate stakeholders (per scheduled / planned design reviews & check ins)- Effectively articulate your design decisions to partners and stakeholders so they can understand how the solution you are proposing will benefit the user, the product and the business over other potential solutions- Finalize UX designs (incorporating UXW content provided) for User Interface (UI) development by Engineering.- Support engineering through development phase (answer questions, provide adjustments to designs as appropriate to address scenarios or constraints not identified previously) and assistance in QA activities.- Support, contribute to, and help create the RCE Design Library to provide clear specific guidelines for component/patterns within RCE, and faster UI/UX build and design timesSend us your Resume in whatsapp Lic BustamanteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
