**Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Python, or Kotlin.- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.- Develop and optimize database structures using Postgres.- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are up-to-date.**Experience and requirements**:- 2 - 6 Years of experience as a Backend Developer.- Skilled in Java, Python, or Kotlyn.- Experience in Saas development.- Proficiency in server-side technologies and architecture (Java/Kotlin or similar).- Experience in building large-scale platforms.- Ability to communicate in English.**What we offer**:- All benefits following the LFT.- Superior vacation bonus.- Extra days of Christmas bonus.- Savings fund.- Weekly food voucher.- Start-up bonus during your first 3 years.- Family Major Medical Expense Insurance.- Individual Life Insurance.- PTO days.- Relocation support bonus in case you do not live in Tijuana.- Growth and development plan.Work Location: In person
