And it’s our people, not algorithms, that cares to help our clients make better informed decisions.We are innovative, agile, and inspired by data - and we are looking for people that share those values to join our mission to build stronger businessesJoin the data-revolution**The role**:The Partnership Manager will be an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented leader, capable of developing and implementing business strategy and tactics that drive results in achieving and exceeding new Trade participant targets. Also, will be the principal contact between our partners.**What you will do**:- Responsible for execution of Trade acquisition strategy across multiple LATAM markets.- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly acquisition and targets for the different global markets and channels and manage an ongoing process for tracking results. Leverage SFDC for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and tracking, report monthly and quarterly progress of Acquisition teams. Communicate targets and results upwards the overall Trade program picture.- Provide best practices to drive Sales team engagement and support of Trade Credit LOB growth through positioning of Trade Exchange value proposition.- Lead the Acquisition team members through monthly and quarterly portfolio planning, leverage SFDC and key propensity information to help prioritize key next steps, identify areas of risk and growth, as well as leverage client gathered insight and feedback from post customer touch points.- Research potential brokers, develop the relationship with them and follow up opportunities between brokers and the internal sales team.- Coordinate trainings with brokers related to our platforms and products.**What we are looking for**:- 3+ years’ experience in leading Sales teams.- Experience in successfully leading strategic initiatives, process enhancements or development projects to completion, as well as reporting project status and outcomes.- Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team in an aggressive, fast-paced environment; ability to support aggressive data acquisition targets.- Resourcefulness and ability to partner effectively with various business units, departments, and organizations.- Strong organizational and resource management skills; planning skills; strong oral and written presentation skills.- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desirable.- Language requirement: Spanish & English fluency is mandatory in an advanced level.**What we offer**:- Positive & encouraging work environment.- Dynamic company where you can grow in the medium term.- eLearning training programs.- Benefits superior to those of the law.- Hybrid work scheme.
