Recruitment Coordinator

**ACSI’s fast-growing team is in search of a Recruitment Coordinator to handle a team that works with our many US-based clients. We are looking for a profile who thrives in dynamic environments and has previous Call Center experience.****This position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Manager and is responsible for the recruiting team's efforts to recruit for different positions. The Recruitment Coordinator will be an effective project manager, multi-task and work within established deadlines. Essentially, this position will be responsible, along with the rest of the recruiting team, for hiring for all executive level positions; This position will also be responsible for helping update hiring metrics and help develop and implement strategies and talent that support the company's short- and long-term goals and needs. You will assist with the development of recruiting team members and the training of new hires.****SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS TO THE POSITION**:- Be a leader, motivate and coordinate the team with new strategies and creativity to reach the hiring goal.- Recruitment service commitment selecting the profile indicated to the needs of the client, internal or external, to fill the vacancy.- Consult with managers to find out staffing requirements and goals job specific.- Evaluate and shortlist CV- Assisting the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions- Daily progress report of the team and hiring.- Track recruitment metrics- Keep up to date with labor laws and inform recruiters of changes in regulations**QUALIFICATIONS**:Good english levelBachelor degree or equivalent experienceGreat communications skills+1 year experience as a recruiter / coordinatorFull availabilityGreat attitudeProactive**ON SITE POSITION**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 la horaHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinidoExperiência:- Recruitment Coordinator: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
