**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:- Oversees the adequate manufacturing capabilities of Fabrication Processes, CNC machines, Ovens and other equipment.- Can perform activities, such as: Planning and Scheduling Activities and Resources; Analysis (Methods and Measurements, Machines, Maintenance and Materials); Design (Product, Process, Equipment, etc.); and Project Management.- Possesses and Applies Knowledge on a wide variety of Techniques, Practices and Procedures within an Engineering specialty, which allow the Solution of Complex Projects and Problems that require Analytical Capability and Initiative with a minimum level of Supervision.- Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Engineering Function.- Evaluate Process Performance as it relates to the Flow of Materials, Cycle Time, Takt Time and any other process metrics.- Evaluates Process Changes in methods, machines, equipment and layout to develop the best solution to increase yield and improve quality levels.- Supports continuous improvement projects within the company and remotely with other HFN sites.**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Bioengineering or related)- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt. (Black Belt desired)**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- 3 to 5 years within Engineering (Manufacturing Systems, New Product Introduction, Process Reengineering, Maintenance, etc.).- 1 to 3 years of CNC machinery desired**LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY**:- Advanced**COMPUTER USAGE**:- 3. Intermediate (Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) and- Application Programs as MS Project, AutoCAD, VISIO, etc.**SKILLS**:- Requires Ability to work effectively with remote teams.- Proven experience with engineering concepts.- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.- Possesses strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.- Ability to work with equipment and maintain accurate documentation records.
