Establish the resort as a market leader in Punta de Mita, leveraging sales, revenue, and marketing strategies to capture market share and outperform the comp set. Build strong, collaborative relationships with owners, local community leaders, and global brand partners. Oversee operations across rooms, F&B, spa/wellness, events, and recreation with a focus on seamless integration and uncompromising service. Ensure consistent guest satisfaction scores that rival and exceed international luxury competitors. Drive profitability while safeguarding the integrity of the guest experience and the long‑term value of the brand. Champion Omni’s culture of genuine care for both guests and associates , fostering an environment of engagement, empowerment, and excellence. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager of a luxury resort (ultra‑luxury strongly preferred). Previous experience in Mexico required; deep knowledge of regional culture, luxury clientele, and market positioning. Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English Proven pre‑opening leadership experience strongly preferred. Track record in oceanfront resort operations advantageous. Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and engage high‑profile guests with discretion and elegance. Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience (10+ years).
