As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll collaborate directly with the Plant Director to drive performance and embed Operational Excellence. This is your opportunity to elevate financial leadership and make a lasting impact on business results. What You'll Do Lead plant finance role with responsibility for delivering targeted results Main driver and change agent for strategic initiatives (e.g. Operational Excellence) Lead business and financial reporting activities, estimates and analysis (AOP) Capital planning owner (CAPEX) Perform tactical analysis to support solid plant decision making Provide the sponsorship required for cross-functional projects to succeed and assure required resources for initiation and completion of projects in the plant Support Plant director with information about cost and projects Provide on time information to Plant Management and Staff personnel to take decision and proper short/long term planning What We’re Looking For Completed degree in Accountant, Economy or Administration Fluent English Minimum 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in lead management role) Minimum 3-5 years direct manufacturing experience (3-5 years financial analysis experience) A visible and passionate leader with personal courage to recommend/make difficult decisions Able to interface seamlessly with the Plant Leadership and associates on the shop floor What Will Set You Apart MBA Effective communication skills, able to present ideas and complex technical information persuasively to a wide range of audiences Goodyear is a leading tire company with a global presence.
