Are you ready to grow with us?**Education**:Industrial engineeringLogistics EngineeringPackaging EngineeringMechanical Engineering**EXPERIENCE**Experience of 2 years in the position, experience in design and administration of packaging.2 years of experience preferably in Automotive Industry.**KNOWLEDGE **REQUIRED**:Material handling concepts.Specific customer requirements.Those applicable to management systems.Packaging management segment in customer portals.Interpretation of plans.**Language**:- _ Intermediate English_**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the development, validation, supply and timely availability of packaging for new and currently running programs.- Comply with the dates defined in the product realization plan (PRP) for packaging deliveries.- Generate and maintain orderly documentation corresponding to customer and supplier packaging specifications and follow up until written approval.- Generate and maintain documentation regarding drawings, specifications, fleet calculations, requisitions, and packaging purchase orders.- Establish communication with customers and suppliers to align and agree strategies for packaging management.- Implement, improve and maintain packaging standards for suppliers and customers.- Develop standard packaging guidelines that are consistent with safety, quality, ergonomics, plant layout, and material flow requirements.- Carry out tests to improve current packaging.- Work with direct and indirect suppliers to ensure packaging compliance with defined standards.- Maintain the packaging database (PFEP), ensuring that the information of each part number is updated.- Coordinate special projects for continuous improvement and efficiency that involve packaging, its flow and storage.- Participate and support project meetings, engineering changes and logistics processes.- Develop business cases for packaging cost savings projects.- Follow up on the activities defined with the regional and global Packaging teams.- Provide support in material handling optimization projects, as well as logistics improvement.- Compliance with information security requirements (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).**What can you expect from us?**- Savings Fund.- Food Coupons.- Medical Insurance.- Life Insurance.Our Core Values are** **One Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.****WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT****Location**: Irapuato Assembly**Time Type**: Full time**Contact Person**: Stephanie Ferreiro Calderon
