In this position, you will be joining the Customer Experience Group as a Software Enabling and Optimization Engineering Manager.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Directing a team of software professionals responsible for developing, enabling, or optimizing Intel technology for customer/ecosystem products through co-engineering and providing high quality and stable platforms of integrated Hardware and Software.Developing and maintaining a healthy portfolio of ecosystem partners.- Providing technical leadership and collaborates with external partners, domain experts, planners, and business unit stakeholders.- Setting priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.- Sense of urgency.- Quickly build rapport with customer/stakeholders with strong presentation skill and solid technical background.- Curiosity and passionate in learning new technology with self-motivation- Manage ambiguity in workplace, insight to identify new business opportunity during internal/external meeting, smart risk taking- People manager to take care of the team - respect, listen and help people to grow to next level- Team work, be open and inclusive to work with different people and handle conflict in professional way- Interpersonal and communications skills.**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:5+ years engineering of one of the following:- Software / Driver development- HW (Hardware) / Board development- SV (System Validation)- Applications engineering- Test engineering- Embedded software- 3+ years of leadership experience to effectively drive teams and get results across the matrixed organizations in the program.- 2+ years of experience in program management.Preferred Qualification:- Experience in data center networking, ethernet, HW offload or acceleration, and virtualization technologies.**Inside this Business Group**The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) was formed from the acquisition of Altera.
