M&A Director

We are looking for a M&A Director to join our Finance team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. Main Activities:

- Be a strategic partner for the C-Level in making growth decisions.
- Identify new investment opportunities and carry out the analysis and valuation process.
- Lead Due Diligence processes.
- Negotiate, search, organize and finalize purchase agreements.
- Plan and execute integration plans for acquisitions, including the development, measurement and monitoring of synergies.
- Ensure that any acquisition made by the company is viable and manageable.
- Define and implement strategies to boost the area in terms of results and efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of short, medium and long term objectives.
- Direct the monthly and quarterly analysis processes selected to support the financial and commercial reviews of the leaders of the acquired companies.

What are we looking for:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a company within a mergers and acquisitions department.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationships skills.
- Analytical capacity and proactivity.
- Experience working with multifunctional teams (especially sales, marketing, operations and finance).
- Flexibility, ability to adapt to change quickly and successfully. Oriented to details and results in an accelerated environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Availability for occasional trips.
- Advanced English level.
