What We Do: The Mindrift platform connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators to unlock the potential of Generative AI. About The Role: GenAI models are evolving rapidly. As an AI Tutor in Coding you will collaborate on projects that address specialized questions and complex reasoning skills. Responsibilities Design prompt variations and evaluation cases to surface edge behaviors, failure modes, and performance regressions. Collaborate with engineers to align prompts with project constraints, APIs, and CI/CD workflows. Iterate on prompt strategies using test results and human feedback to improve reliability and reduce hallucinations. Document prompt patterns, expected outputs, and known limitations to support reuse and handoffs. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields. 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby and its ecosystem (RSpec, Bundler). Proficiency with Git, standard Linux CLI tools. Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Deep understanding of testing principles and TDD; strong debugging, profiling, and code-optimization skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above). Desirable Skills Contributions to open-source Ruby projects. Experience with large monorepositories or major open-source projects. Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or IaC tools. Experience evaluating AI-generated code or related projects. Soft Skills Analytical and detail-oriented; identifies bugs, edge cases, and coverage gaps. Concise and structured communication. Strong ownership; drives tasks end-to-end and flags risks. Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts. Team player with openness to reviews and knowledge sharing.
