Join us**Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings**: Unisys, Stealth, CloudForte®, InteliServe**What success looks like in this role**:- **Required On-Site, **Toluca, MX**:- Proven experience in managing Citrix environments- High knowledge on the Windows platform- Support for servers and computer equipment- High security knowledge- Overall IT support experience- Extensive knowledge of it hardware, software, operations and networks.- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, their impact and resolution options.- In order to prioritize failures, estimate repair times.- Good teamwork skills that rely on honest and open communication and the reliability of people to strive to provide excellent customer service.- Good communication skills- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and familiarity with change control processes.- Ability to manage and prioritize the provision of services within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence the good negotiation skills of the peer group.- Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements.- Proven ability to prioritize competitive demands for time and resources.**Activities**:- Installation and configuration of Citrix infrastructure for XenApp and XenDesktop (VDI) according to global standards.- Updates to XenApp and XenDesktop infrastructure components (version upgrades, certificates, etc.)- Execution of healtcheck after the installation of security fixes.- Attention to meetings related to new projects involving the Citrix platform.- Migration of desktops to VDI- Manage the technical team involved in the testing and support of the VDI.- Use their technical skills to analyze, validate and meet local and global requirements for support and implementation of technical fixes and improvements for VDIs.- Prepare measurements and reports.- Propose alternative solutions to improve the performance of the VDI and the corrections applied.- Meet the times required to deliver the new solutions for the VDI to the productive environment- Manage that the operation of VDI is carried out in accordance with the guidelines, policies and standards of the group.LI-AO1**You will be successful in this role if you have**:**eeo**Notice For U.S. Applicants: Unisys is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/ Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/ Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
