Watch us here.**What will you do**Lead the pricing, promotional and assortment strategy for a group of brands online and offline in LATAM North to ensure profitable growth by adding value to consumers and customers. Contribute to the development of RGM as a key capability for LAN and help expand RGM knowledge across the organization.Principal responsabilities:- Lead the RGM strategy by identifying opportunities and boosting profitable growth in the Annual Planning Process and closely monitor the execution throughout the year in the Brand Squads O2O.- RGM Pillar - Contribute to the advancement of one of the key pillars of RGM (Price, Promotion, Assortment) by creating, evolving and innovating in tools, methodology, and strategy taking it to the next level.
