From its headquarters in Austria, Doka’s heritage of innovation has positioned itself as a front runner in creating disruptive technologies for the construction market, with an emphasis firmly placed on supporting the needs of its clients.**Job Description**:**Are you interested in being part of the Engineering Center transformation?**We are looking for professionals passionate about innovation and transformation—people who feel comfortable executing and learning about their own job while leading a team of young-enthusiastic engineers.As a Project Engineer (Infrastructure), you will be responsible for providing engineering design and calculation support to buildings, civil infrastructure, and other projects across the North and Latin American RegionsYou will report directly to the ECA Manager.**Qualifications**:**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide AutoCAD drawings using the Doka Formwork systems during the proposal stage and finalize working drawings to be used for actual job sites relating to construction projects across the export market of Doka.- Prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries- Provide material lists for quotations to the Sales and Operations Department for shipments to the site.- Ensure that the drawings indicate the proper use of Doka-forming equipment and represent safe, economical, and efficient designs.- Analyze and design / price calculations as required.- Visit the job sites and customers whenever required- Other duties/projects as assigned, such as participating in company committees/teams.**INTERNAL NETWORKING**:- Engineering - local and regional teams- Sales Department- Project Managers- Operations**EXTERNAL NETWORKING**:- Customers**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture**OTHER KNOWLEDGE**:- Working knowledge of legal requirements in the field of engineering standards- Intermediate English- Intermediate/Advanced in AutoCAD 2D/3D- Intermediate use of Revit is a plus- Intermediate MS Office tools**EXPERIENCE**:- At least 3-5 years of experience in formwork engineering- Strong track record in designing civil infrastructure and high-rise projects**GENERAL COMPETENCIES**:- Integrity- Ability to work independently and collaborate across the boundaries- Willingness to support colleagues whenever needed- Learning agility- Analytical skills- Structured communication skills both in English and Spanish- Adaptability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines ad budgetsAdditional Information**Are you interested in this challenging position to become part of a success story?
