This includes maintaining accurate customer account records, conducting account reconciliations, managing collections, and ensuring proper documentation related to in payments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate efficient payment collection. The Analyst's responsibilities encompass resolving issues, managing documentation, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining accountability. Analysts are integral to the effective operation of the Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centres, contributing as high-performing team members within the end-to-end process workflow.**Essential Responsible Areas**- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer issues and interactions.- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently and accurately.- Investigate the root causes of issues by collecting and analysing data, and determine effective resolutions in a timely manner. Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as necessary.- Serve as the primary contact for daily operational tasks, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant analysis.- Engage constructively with team members and internal and external customers to ensure high-quality service and outcomes.- Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, effective communication, and supporting additional project initiatives.- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance and quality. Participate in process improvement initiatives as appropriate.- Comply with organizational standards, maintain accurate records and documentation, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements, where applicable.- Perform additional responsibilities related to the above tasks as assigned by the employer.**Position Requirement & competencies**:**Professional & Education Qualification**- Bachelors degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience in functional area may be substituted- Preferred job related experience in functional area is required.- 1-3 years of relevant experience in role.**Skills**- Strong skills in organization, multi-tasking, consistent accuracy, customer service, effective communication, analysis, problem solving- Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change- Advanced language skills to include fluency in English, both written and verbal**Knowledge**- Preferred SAP and/or JDE experience- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite**Languages**Essential: Fluent in English, both written and verbal**Other Requirements**- Team Focus: Cooperatively works with others to achieve shared goals- Initiative: Resourceful to get things done and take pride in ownership- Action Orientation: Takes action on challenges and brings a can-do attitude- Decision Making: Uses business knowledge, analytical thinking, and judgement to make high quality decisions in complex and ambiguous circumstancesTechnical Savvy: Keeps apprised of technology and digital advancements that enhance process improvements and outcomes**Ball Corporation es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
