As an Engineer within our AI and ML-focused group, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions to revolutionize our operations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and develop automated systems and workflows utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.- Design and build scalable solutions for distributed systems using microservices.- Build and train custom models to address specific business challenges and improve existing processes.- Implement AI-powered agents and chatbots to enhance customer/user experience and automate support functions.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and explore opportunities for adoption within the organization.- Ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI, considering fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in model development.- Document and present project outcomes, providing clear explanations of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML or equivalent practical experience.- Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and libraries for NLP.- Understanding of model training, optimization, and deployment processes.- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure Cognitive Services) is advantageous.- Hands on Docker, Kubernetes experience.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a desire to experiment with emerging technologies.
