In 2007, Topband went public and was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: ).Topband is an international high-tech company and ranks among the world’s leading specialists in the development and manufacture of intelligent controller solutions, high-efficient motors and lithium batteries for the household appliance and power tools industry, as well as for technology-related markets (IoT, robotics, energy storage batteries, automotive electronics, etc.).**Job Position**:Develop and direct the execution of the technical-administrative processes that make up the area, in order to guarantee the operations of incidents, occupational diseases, environmental impacts, ensuring national and corporate legal compliance in matters of safety, hygiene, environment and property.**Job Duties**:- Establish policies and standards, developing plans, programs, strategies and training necessary to generate a culture of prevention in EHS.- Organize, train and coordinate the emergency brigades, mixed commission and security committees, verifying that they comply with the legal regulations and objectives established for each of them.- Carry out planned and unplanned safety and environmental audits for the entire company.- Evaluate and recommend preventive systems to reduce applicable risks according to current regulations on the matter.- Comply with and monitor compliance with legal obligations in terms of health, safety and ecology.- Propose preventive measures to reduce the Work Risk premium factor.- Maintain contact with associations and government agencies, to stay informed, updated and thus comply with obligations.- Carry out studies, analyzes and evaluations to identify potential risks, as well as to mitigate and control the dangers that affect the company's personnel, property and products.**Related requirements**:- 3 years working experience in EHS required- Familiar with Electronic manufacturing industry preferable.- Bachelor degree or above.- Highly self-motivated, faster learner and fluent in both English and local language.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con disponibilidad de trasladarte a laborar a Ciénega de Flores?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)
