You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (3rd shift) to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.****You will be responsible for**:- Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.- Performs material tests.- Studies the processes to implement improvements.- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.- Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing,safety and environment requirements.- Participates in saving and capital proyects- Responsible of complying with finance metrics- Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, serviceand regulatory compliance requirements.- Performs activities of process/product validation.- Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performanceand development plans for personnel in chargeResponsible for communicating businessrelated issues or opportunities to next management level- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to nextmanagement level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinatesfollow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices andthat all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, localand Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety andEnvironmental practices as applicable.- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinatesfollow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices andthat all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, localand Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Requirements /**Education**:- Engineering any specialty.- Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.- From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.- Experience in medical industry preferably.**Experience and Skills**Required**:- Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.- Design of experiments- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools- Management of statistical procedures.- Knowledge of computational packages- Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish- Senior Process Engineer: Strong understanding of standard costs and work standards.- Senior Process Engineer and Staff: Knowledg
