We give our people excellent compensation packages, an extensive suite of medical and retirement benefits, a flexible paid time off policy, accommodating work schedules, an employee stock purchase plan, continued education assistance & training programs, support for personal wellness, and company sponsored philanthropic opportunities.**Responsibilities**:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a highly motivated & collaborative team that designs, develops and delivers software for our new CalAmp Telematics Cloud IoT Admin Application being built from ground up.- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and scalable software- Identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions to these problems- Research and utilize new cutting edge technologies- Lead, mentor and coach other engineers/interns that are local to the location and perform code reviewsQualifications:Must Haves- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English with ability to interact with diverse groups of people including remote and offshore teams- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence, motivate, coach & mentor other engineers- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail- Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively, to take initiative, and to maintain productivity under pressure- Bachelor's in Computer Science- 5+ years of experience with below technologies:Strong Pluses- Master's in Computer Science or equivalent- Experience in React Query, Next.js, i18next, Reselect, Enzyme, Preact Signals, Jest or other unit testing framework- Experience working with GraphQLLI-MXLI-YM1Market Minimum: MXN $25,000.00/Yr. Market Maximum: MXN $30,000.00/Yr.
