_**Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist**_- Main Responsabilities_- Participate (hands-on) in distribution, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Inventory Control department.- Work closely with the team members to coordinate product movement, warehouse slotting changes and production process.- Participate as a member of the Supply Chain team to execute projects in a timely manner within guidelines and expectations.- Create reports using Excel and other platforms, review and report daily inventory adjustments needs and changes.- Analyze warehouse operations and provide feedback to improve processes, recommend process changes or system enhancements based on findings.- Assist with managing stock levels across a multi-building operation to ensure inventory is properly located for distribution.- Resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and inter-company transfer issues.- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.- People management, leadership, problem solving.- Skills and knowledge_- Experience with Microsoft Excel- Continuous Improvement- Distribution (packing, shipment documents)- ERP (SAP / ORACLE)- Education_- Bachelor's degree- 2 - 3 years experience in Distribution, Inventory or Operational procedures- Advanced English
