Account Specialist

Receive, review and confirm PO's or reject if some information don't match- Work with our Purchasing Team to obtain and provide a Quote with accurate information- Attend meeting to inform and provide solutions -Follow ESR instruction when quotes or samples must be provided- Maintain a clear communication with the customer to solve doubts- Provide information to enter new customer in the system- Being in touch with our Shipping area for sales from US and Mexico- Enter RMA and Credit Notes.- Provide SDS,TDS,REACH,RoHS and IMDS If apply- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the industrial sector, account management, sales or similar roles.- Bilingual in English and Spanish.- Solid knowledge of import and export processes.- Negotiation and contract management skills.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.- Willingness to travel for training.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
