Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As Procurement, Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will set Electrification Business Procurement strategies in line with the reference organization. Responsible for direct material and/or Indirect Material and Services within the Business.**This position reports to**:Manufacturing Unit Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Leads/contributes to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy. Uses lean 6 sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units in the end-to-end supply chain.- Provides local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs.- Leads local supply chain function and ensures (with HR Manager support) that local procurement & planning teams are properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.- Ensure compliance of S&OP in regard to PCW, Material, VCP budget.- Leads Procurement, Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the LBU or LPG. Optimize costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products, drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery, and lead-time, to be accountable for inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing and supply plan adherence responsible for reporting resource utilization.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related areas.- Sound knowledge of SAP (Material Master - Material Management).- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office.- Knowledge or certification in APICS.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills and team management experience.- Advanced English.**More about us**:
