**Description**SR HRT Business Analyst**Our Team**This opportunity is for an SR HRT Business Analyst, with exposure to time and attendance systems. Exposure to pay and time-off rules that define the logic for employee pay processing and time off earned are key areas of knowledge. The leading system enhancements, partnering with internal customer to gather requirements, designing customer focused solutions, prioritizing work requests based on value, and mentoring other team members are key expectations of this role.**What You Will Do**- Collaborate with business contacts to gather detailed requirements for time and attendance system changes.- Partner with customers to design and recommend profitable solutions.- Lead discussions to prioritize work based on value.- Partner with customers and internal resources to implement successful change management related to system changes.- Partner and collaborate with IT team for project configuration execution.- Lead problem solving effort for production support.- Create test plans for system changes, manage test case setup, partner with customer for testing execution.- Identify opportunities and deliver improvements to business processes and day to day activities.- Developing your and others knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities for future career advancement.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience in a role managing or supporting an HR system (HCM, Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition or Payroll).- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight.- Solves complex business and technical problems.- Strong communication, collaboration, & customer focus skills.- Good relationship building skills with internal business partners and teams.- Ability to design and build profitable solutions for the organization.- Ability to mentor others to increase team’s capabilities.- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively.- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word**What Will Put You Ahead**- Time and Attendance system background, Kronos Workforce Central or Dayforce experience preferred- Prior experience as an HR Administrator, HRIS Analyst, or HRIT Systems Analyst, specifically managing or supporting an HR or Payroll system.- Knowledge of ITIL including IT implementation methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.) or equivalent IT service management training & experience- Experience working in a product team and in a Agile methodology.- Experience using a service ticketing system, such as ServiceNow.
