At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Business and Data Analyst**:**Main Purpose**- The main purpose of this role is three-fold, and rank in order of importance/preferred ability- 1) Ensuring data fidelity within our CANVAS solution by leveraging stakeholder management, proactivity, and data ecosystem expertise- 2) Improve team efficiency through automation of reporting- 3) Drive CANVAS platform adoption and lead analytic projects with stakeholders to create insights**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Diagnose and proactively resolve data integrity questions, and QA support across internal and external media tracking tools_- _ Identify opportunities to develop, test, and deploy data quality process enhancements and develop data controls_- _ Work with large and complex custom, and syndicated, data sets to identify issues and determine actionable resolutions_- _ Serve as a counterpart during weekly QA calls with teams to create streamlined solutions_- _ Develop automated post-campaign analytic reporting_- _ Work with cross functional teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests_- _ Manage new user account requests and assist existing users with system access questions_- _ Drive CANVAS (Pepsi’s internal proprietary software) activation for select North America brands - driving adoption, soliciting feedback, and partnering with CANVAS Solutions to drive the product roadmap_- _ Lead analytics projects around measurement, tracking, and planning to enhance data quality and usage across our partners_- _ Leverage live digital media campaign tracking tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues and identify information needs_- _ Serve as a counterpart during weekly QA calls with teams to create streamlined solutions._Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome_- _ 2+ years of relevant experience working with data ecosystems_- _ Preference for digital/media background_- _ Agency background preferred_- _ Advanced data visualization experience with Excel required_- _ Advance experience in Datorama, Tableau, or similar_- _ Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required_- _ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills_- _ Excellent communication skills_- _ Ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data._- _ Proven oral and written communication in English_- _ Ability to work as a key member of cross functional project teams_- _ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines_If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
