If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our teamOur IS / IT Mexico department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support to our organization.We are looking for our IS End User Services Technician who has knowledge and experience in the important to have a sense of priority and responsibility in the attention to the end users. As well as the deal with internal and external suppliers. Be the first local contact with the user community for the attention of incident and new requirements associated with IS Infrastructure & Mobility issues.**Responsibilities**:- On Site and Remote Support- Training of users and monitoring compliance with IT policies, processes, and standards.- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support, as well as follow up on incidents when they are escalated to the 3rd level.- Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues, investigate, and propose improvements.- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to IT processes- Use and administration of Active Directory- Management of console and RSA devices.- Management of IT assets (Computers, Tokens, Printers, Cellphones, etc.)- Management of mobile communication devices with Intune (Cell Phones and Tablets)- Tracking of Tickets, Incidents & Requests- Satellite telephone management & support- Deal with service providers and material- AV Rooms support- 24/7 Technical Support- Minimum qualifications- Bachelor’s degree Computer Systems Engineering or related- Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of technical support and end user service- Fluent level of English capable of maintaining a conversation in English to be able to support users (Expats) as well as being able to communicate and understand each other with colleagues in US and CASkill Sets:- Knowledge of Windows (Server, 10)- Knowledge of Office 365- Problem resolution- 24/7 Technical Support- Customer Service- Proactive- Passion for technology.- Active listening.- Analysis of technical problems- collaborative nature- Ability to solve problems.- Attention to details- Communication Effectively- Understand Costumer Needs- Prioritize Work- Preferred qualificationsCertifications- ITIL Certification (Desirable)About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
