**Quiénes somos**:Amphenol Mexicali is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment, selection, and employee management processes. If you're passionate about creating a positive work environment and fostering employee development, this is your opportunity**Misión**:- Develop and implement recruitment, selection, and hiring policies.- Coordinate staffing requirements at the plant level.- Address and resolve conflicts among managers, supervisors, and employees.- Supervise HR team activities, including recruitment and payroll coordination.- Create and enforce policies that align with the EICC code of conduct.- Develop strategies for employee retention and reducing turnover and absenteeism.- Administer employee incentives and salary adjustments.- Prepare various statistical reports for corporate.- Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and Internal Work Regulations.- Participate in meetings and strategic discussions.**Perfil**:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- Willingness to travel.- Proficiency in English (90%).- Strong Office/Tress software skills.- Excellent negotiation skills.- Outstanding communication abilities.- Proactive attitude with leadership qualities.- Team-oriented mindset with strong social skills.If you meet these qualifications and are ready for a new challenge, we invite you to applyWe look forward to meeting you and having you on our team as we achieve new goals together
