ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- To assist the Occupational Helath Doctor in medical assistance processes and medical examinations by realizing the complete registration of the revised personnel, taking note of Dr's observations to keep in patient's record, supporting to complete different tests and keeping complete records of each evaluation.- To have a complete and ordered record of medical files with every component it must have for each worker and keeping these medical data in individual files, with the main purpose of having each person's complete medical history and provide them with the adequate medical assistance the might need.- To register any personnel requirement in the corresponding Occupational Health service record to ensure the adequate management of key information, registering dr's name, number of patients received, number of new hire examinations, number of egress examinations, disabilities, etc. both in written and electronic files using siftwares such as Opentech and SAP.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Somatometry and taking vital signs incoming personnel and general consultation.- Perform Spirometry tests and audiometry according to periodic and job.- Calibration of medical equipment as audiometer, spirometer.- Maintain medical records of active employees.- Make inventory of medicine and healing material.- Conduct campaigns fomentoa to health through detection of glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides as a preventive measure to detect chronic degenerative diseases.- Application of vaccines such as tetanus / diphtheria, influenza, hepatitis B, measles / rubella, TDPA.- Assuring the quality and security of medical services by sterilizing and washing healing material, as well as sanitizing medical table.- Process purchase orders and track ebuy payment to suppliers.- Record and track staff disabilities active in SAP.- Provide appropriate and timely follow-up to the opening of new medical records of incomeBUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITY:- Responsible for developing the annual budget for regional and global expatriates.**Academic requirements and knowledge**:- Education: Bachelor's (or) degree in nursing with professional license- 1-2 Years of Functional Experience- 1-2 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience (desirable)Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
