Lugar: MX - Central Office - Santa FeRepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: SONIA NIETOLI-SN1**Primary Purpose of the Position**:Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this position is responsible for the forecasting process, cost analysis and reporting (v-prices, logistic, SAG, etc.), key reports (profitability meeting, flash, etc.) and finance support to other areas Adhoc analysis.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:- Performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, generating information, reports and documents that would help our business to make strategic and valuable decisions.- Extract data for Financial Reporting, in order to present the information and support the business making decision.- Extraction of data for preparation of forecasts and simulations.- Uploads and submits of monthly forecast data in order expedite and support the leaders making decision.- Validate and control checks of submitted data.- Support the local country team in preparation of analytical task and ad-hoc data and business necessities.- Participate in implementation of new procedures in order to ensure the continuous improvement in the area.- Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization in order to add value to the business.- Copy best practice from co-workers and share new methods identified in order to ensure the continuous improvement in the area.- Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics.- Maintenance of process documentation and relevant information up dated and available for the business and audits processes.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree - Finance / Business Management or similar- Desired: SAP system; Hyperion Planning System;**Experience**:2-4 years accounting or finance experience, either within an FP&A team or otherwiseIntellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topicsAbility to meet communicated schedules and deadlinesFlexible approach to work and evolving organizational prioritiesAbility to build and maintain collaborative relationshipAdvanced level of English**Desired**: Experience in tire or automative or tire industry.**Knowledge**:- Good leadership skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects- Strong people focus mindset.
