We are developing a new platform for HR managers and employees to manage awards and rewards programs, built using Laravel**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsibilities include:- Implementing HTML and CSS- Integrating front-end components into Blade templates- Styling and optimizing existing design components- Making design suggestions to improve the current proof-of-concept design- Enhancing UI/UX with potential interactive elements**Technical Requirements**:- Proficiency in:- Laravel- Livewire- Potential work with Alpine.js for UI interactions- Ability to create and implement UI components**Additional Skills**:- Strong preference for developers who are committed to keeping the project lean andstreamlined- Avoid introducing unnecessary complexity or additional frameworks like React.js**Project Context**:- Project Timeline: Basic features to be completed by end of January- Initial marketing launch planned for public offering- Iterative development approach with continued feature expansion after the initial release**Technical Environment**:- Development Setup:- GitHub for code version control- Local development environment- Ability to run dev environment on personal computer- Comfortable with making rapid changes and testing**Collaboration**:- Work closely with the team during same working hours to maintain constant communication
