**What we offer****ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM COLOMBIA AND MEXICO****R**OLE DESCRIPTION**The Data & Analytics Young Professional supports the Mid Market business in analyzing information and building reports/business views to secure the correct steering of the business from Senior Managers. It also plays a key role to secure a data-driven demand generation through the improvement of data volume and quality in the Mid Market space (company information, propensity to buy models, etc.)**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**- Build business reports to show progress on performance indicators across services/lines of business- Construct automated reports for stakeholder consumption in tools like SAP Analytics Cloud- Gather and process market data to secure a comprehensive market mapping including accounts and metadata like revenue, # of employees, industry, etc.- Strengthen data intelligence analysis to improve customer targeting for demand generation activities considering sales potential, white spaces, propensity to buy, intent data**REQUIRED SKILLS**- Maximum 2 years of formal experience- Strong analytical skills - experience in data analysis for decision making- Experience in building analytical data models in Excel or Business Intelligence tools- Consistency in delivering tasks and raising hand for support in a timely manner- Proactive player being able to propose new ideas to improve operations or deliver higher value to internal customers**WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?**- World - Class Training & Development in the areas of professional growth and leadership,- Great exposure to the LAC Mid Market Leadership Team- Constant learning and knowledge sharing with some of the best complex selling professionals in the industry**We are SAP****Our inclusion promise**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
