TasksWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join the Algorithm Development and Application team in Queretaro that helps us maximize the protection for vehicle occupants, pedestrians and all other road users.**Main responsibilities**:- Analyze customer requirements and derive internal requirements including traceability.- Development, implementation and adaptation of new integrated features.- Implementation in μC and simulation environment in C++, Qt (Visual Studio).- Development according to the process specifications of Automotive SPICE and CMMI.- Project coordination in a worldwide matrix organization and development.- Application Lifecyle Management with PTC Integrity.**Additional tasks**:- Support the signal processing of crash data collected in laboratory tests to be used in algorithm simulations.- Support calibration of crash detection algorithms according to customer requirements.- Support algorithm simulation and report generation.- Participate in the presentation of calibration results directly to car manufacturers.- Assist the algorithm calibration release according to defined procedures.- Collaborate with the project and customer team with expertise in safety algorithms.**Qualifications**:- BS degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science.- Fluent English skills.- Strong programming skills in C++.- Relevant experience in algorithm design.- Minimum 2 years’ experience with software development in and C++, preferably for embedded systems.Desirable qualifications- Experience with Qt framework.- Understanding of physics involved in a crash (kinematics and dynamics) or relevant knowledge.- Basic signal processing knowledge.- Basic knowledge of embedded systems.- Python or MATLAB programming skills desirable.- Experience using acceleration and inertial sensors desirable.- Good communication and teamwork skills.**Benefits**:GesundheitsvorsorgeKantineFlexible ArbeitszeitenMitarbeiter werben MitarbeiterKarriereberatung und TrainingsangebotReisekostenzulageGehaltsbonusLebensversicherungAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
