At WPO, you will be joining a team that is committed to improving employee wellbeing around the world.Workplace Options is seeking a**Network Sourcing Specialist **to join our team in Mexico.** This is a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office (Monterrey) working.*******Responsibilities**:- Recruit mental health professionals for _WPO’s network of providers of mental health services (counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, wellness coaches and trainers) throughout South America.- Conduct Primary Source Verification on provider licenses and malpractice coverage.- Maintain accurate and up to date provider files.- Identify clients’ needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database._- Utilize our proprietary case management system to assist clients, and conduct provider searches.- Perform ad hoc recruitment of providers for client-specific areas.- Complete all tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with the production and quality guidelines set by management.- Assist the Billing Team with various tasks.- Respond to special requests from clients and providers in a timely fashion.- Adhere to HIPAA and any other applicable privacy regulations.- Other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.**Requirements**:**Job Skills**:- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.- Must be able to work well independently with mínimal supervision.- Capability to exercise good judgment and be a team player.- Well-honed online research skills.**Qualifications**:- Sales experience preferred.- Licentiate degree.- Well-honored research skills- can perform web research creatively, quickly, and efficiently.
