Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryJob summary:_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Equipment maintenance technician _located in _Aguascalientes_._What a typical day looks like:- _ Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism._- _ Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner._- _ Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules._- _ Performs calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules._- _ Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment._- _ Records times and problems in equipment logs._- _ Provides daily equipment functioning activity information._- _ Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects._- _ Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry._- _ Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment._- _ May require travel to other Flex sites or equipment vendors' locations._- _ Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Knowledge of electronics_- _ knowledge of pneumatic systems._- _ Knowledge of mechanical systems._- _ Knowledge of measuring instruments._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
