Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Make an Impact** Join our dynamic team as the Junior Credit to Cash Team Lead, where you'll drive top-tier service for our most important clients across the Mexico. You'll lead and inspire a team that manages collections, deductions, and accounts receivable for major customer segments—including ecommerce, pharmacies, supermarkets, clubs and wholesalers. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and continuous process improvement.**What you’ll do**:- Coach and supervise analysts to ensure high-quality collections and deduction management.- Monitor performance metrics and present insights to finance leaders.- Take charge of escalated client and deduction cases, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams.- Analyze data to find efficiencies and lead projects that boost our processes and systems.- Manage your own portfolio of accounts, handling collections and deductions like a pro- Champion continuous improvement and help implement best practices across the team.**Why this role matters**: You will oversee a team that manages more than 180 customers and over $160MM in receivables for one of the most important subsidiaries in the world. Your leadership will ensure we maintain industry-leading relationships and that our operations run at their best.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountant, Auditory, Business administration or related to.- 2-3 years of supervisory experience.- Solid grasp of the Order to Cash process and confident with SAP, Excel, and Google tools.- A track record in customer service and financial analysis.- Strong English communication skills.**_Ready to help us set new standards in credit and collections?
