Your tasksEligibility Criteria:Due to recent organizational changes and a spin-off of certain sectors, please note the following eligibility guidelines for this position:Internal Only. Continental employee from other sectors (ContiTech, Tire) and the Group Functions are not covered by the Sourcing Permission “Internal (only)”Internal and External. ePRs to be published externally (outside Continental) and / or staffed with a Continental employee from Group Functions, ContiTech or TiresCustomer Quality Engineer is the main Interface with OEMs (Customer) to attend Quality Issues.Some of the daily tasks:- Ensuring customer satisfaction.- Daily communication Internally to share failure details, and get the people fully understand what customer is claiming.- Supporting customer root cause audits and investigations.- Communication with Residents Engineers to perform sorting activities at Customer side.- Handling customer complaints.- Warranty leader.- Tracking customer scorecards and initiating improvement plans.- Extreme ownership and decision maker by itself.- Coordinate analysis reports with warranty technician.- Involvement on technical issues at shopfloor to easily communicate to customer.**Profile**:- Bachelor's Degree- Advanced English- Experience:- Problem Solving analysis- Communication with customers- Handle 0 Mileage & Warranty topics- With the scorecards into the organization- Leadership- Knowledge:- Electrical- Portals B2B- Data analysis & Trends presentation- Core tools**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
