This is a hands-on position. You will schedule and participate in internal testing efforts, collaborate closely with product feature teams as they develop new features, and ensure every release happens on time without regression.**FORMACIÓN ACADEMICA**:- Licenciatura/Ingeniería/carrera técnica en Sistemas, Informatica o Tecnologías de la información.**HABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES**:- Attend SCRUM Ceremonies.- Collaborate with product teams to understand the testing needs, identify test scenarios, perform exploratory testing, and design test automation.- Create testing plans, both manual and automated, for new and existing products and features in line with product goals.- Improve our existing test automation frameworks and infrastructure and support engineers in writing automated test.- Maintain existing UI and API tests, monitor failures and report bugs- Build and maintain systems to monitor test stability and report stability issues back to engineers.**TECHNICAL SKILLS**- 1+ years of hands-on industry experience as an SDET, developer, or strong Automation Engineer.- Experience with SCRUM Metodology.- Good object-oriented programming experience.- Proficiency in Java/C#- Familiarity with Espresso/XCUItest is desired.- Proficiency in C#/Java/NodeJS for API test (integration test).- Experience in building automation frameworks and writing reliable, scalable, and reusable automated tests.- Have a good understanding of and ability to troubleshoot the testing ecosystem- Experience in developing and documenting test plan, test cases and reporting bugs for complex features.- Track record of improving efficiency, especially through automation, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.EXTRAS:- Inglés (avanzado)- Responsable- Autodidacta- Sentido de urgencia- 100% REMOTO**SEXO**:Indistinto**ESTADO CIVIL**:Indistinto**EDAD**:23- 60**ORGANIZACIÓN Y PLANEACION**:planea, organiza, agenda de manera eficiente y productiva enfocándose en las prioridades.**PROACTIVIDAD**:actúa sin que le digan que hacer, se adelanta y siempre propone ideas nuevas para mejorar su área de responsabilidad y también en otras áreas de la empresa.**CUMPLE CON LO PROMETIDO Y LOS ACUERDOS**:cumple la gran mayoría del tiempo con lo que promete, se compromete o se le pide en los tiempos establecidos y con calidad en la tarea a realizar.**El sueldo que se ofrece es nominal.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajo desde casaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
