You will report to Applications Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Resolve any anomaly, failure or recurrence, which may arise in the shift derived from maintenance issues, supplies.- Coordinate the supply of different panels and suppliers for maintaining levels for production and technical, and maintaining the inventory of use of them.- Coordinate and ensure the stock of cathodic panels required for the production and technical tests.- Comply 100% with assigned audits.- Complete the certification of skills, own and of the whole team, according to the matrix established by the department.- Support the Applications Manager in meeting the department's monthly and annual budget.- Ensure continuous improvement by generating ideas and projects for downtime reduction, waste reduction, cycle time reduction, productivity increase, sample flow and training.**Qualifications**- Technical or Engineering- Minimum 4 years of experience painting related work, including automatic and manual equipment.- Microsoft Office.- Availability to rotate shifts.- Personnel management.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
