ROLE PURPOSEThe Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of assigned projects. Working in conjunction with the TD project team and BSA the Project Manager will develop and track detailed work plans for all assigned projects, prioritize tasks, identify and address scope changes, possible project delays, resolve issues and provide status reporting for each assigned project and be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Manage all phases of each assigned project- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment- Coordinate with other Client Services personnel as well as- Oversee development and approval of study materials- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed client’s expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures- Oversee study management and coordinate study status with project sponsors- Coordinate with project sponsors to ensure all project expectations are met- Maximize opportunities at existing clients for Signant HealthDECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE- Manage relationships- Provide account updates to Signant Health account management teams- Assist with the development of new clients as necessary- Enhance the Signant Health business model by institutionalizing business processes, implementing best practices and templates, and seeking ways to work more efficiently- Provide ongoing career development, mentoring and performance feedback for direct reports- Coach, counsel and provide mentoring and guidance for direct reports- Contribute to the developmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES- Four years of professional business experience- Two to three years of project management experience- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables in a- Strong client relationship skills- Fluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to day business)- Ability to manage own time and proactively identify prioritized tasks- Demonstrated proficiency with- Ability to travel for business**Desirable**:- Experience managing direct and indirect resources in a functionally matrixed environment- Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry- Entrepreneurial spiritAt Signant Health, accepting difference isn’t enough—we celebrate it, we support it, and we nurture it for the benefit of our team members, our clients and our community.
