Deploys the best practices across engineering team. Supports- development team during development of the complete PMS process**II. EXPECTED PROFILE**:- SEX:- Indistinct- RANGE OF AGE- Indistinct- EDUCATION:- Master's degree in engineering or similar education- ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE:- Minimum bilingual (English required)- LEVEL (%)- Spoken- 90%- Reading- 90%- Writing- 90%- EXPERIENCE ON:- Time:- 1.- Up to five years experience in comparable position in automotive industry (e.g. CAD Engineer), preferably in- seat development and production**III. KNOWLEDGE (TECHNICAL SKILLS)**- 1.- Relevant Metier Knowledge (e.g. in safety, pneumatic, electric/electronic systems, Plastic parts, accessories,- têxtile/ car seat covers, foam)- 2.- Familiar in the use of project management and quality tools- International Mindset- 3.- Very good PC skills: MS Office (esp.
