**Pipeline Specialist**Responsabilities:Adopt and promote a safety culture and occupational health, implementing practices and procedure, ensure full compliance with Bayer HSE, ROAD Safety and Administrative Policies Train team members and seasonal employees on standard operating procedures, site and operation safety guidelines, and tool operations.Implement best practices and adopt continued improvements following and update the WIs; active participation in the QMS system.Work with PD coordinator, nursery and processing teams to accomplish PD pipeline goals.Verify with all involved coordinators, that all WI are written and executed to achieve seed QA.WI implementation in all nursery activities, write and execute all BP to assureseed QA.Periodically execute field verification to assure QA in all crop stages and field processes.Breeding support in experimental stages of all NA pipelines to execute selections and generational advancements.Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons (including nontraditional day-time hours).Capture and upload data in the different Company platforms in timeline manner.Skills:Master degree in Plant Genetics, Molecular Biology or Plant Physiology.
