The Fiduciary Operations Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the processing of Agency & Trust client instructions.The overall objective of this role is to instruct cash and securities transactions on behalf clients and ensure all has been executed acording to internal policies and procedures..**Responsibilities**:- Assist the customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance- Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth- Validate all instructions has been executed according client documentations- Generate daily settlements and investment metrics- Execute EOD investment and funding operational controls- Work with other Operations and Technology teams with regards to process design and vendor procurement as well as communicate business plans on marketplace approach- Participate in settlement platform enhancements as SME**Qualifications**:- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Experience in settlements and funding, basic treasury and financial products- Demonstrated experience in statistical modeling or other similar techniques- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills- Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills- AMIB FIgure 3 required- Basic English level required**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience**Figura 2 o 3 AMIB**- **Job Family Group**:Product Management and Development- **Job Family**:Product Management- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
