Senior DevOps Engineer Microsoft Azure

We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to optimize and support our Azure cloud platform with advanced automation and data solutions.**Responsibilities**- Implement and support Azure infrastructure changes across multiple subscriptions and environments- Develop and maintain advanced Terraform and Azure DevOps pipeline solutions- Optimize data workloads performance using Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics- Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and perform anomaly detection and event correlation analysis- Collaborate with Architecture teams to ensure platform design standards align with support models- Work closely with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to maintain platform stability and support- Manage access permissions and ensure security compliance across the platform- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure SQL Database and Azure Storage- Identify opportunities to improve support activities and implement self-healing mechanisms- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align platform solutions with business needs**Requirements**:- Experience with Azure Cloud services including extended support and automation (3+ years)- Proficient in Azure DevOps and Azure PowerShell scripting- Strong skills in Terraform for infrastructure as code implementations- Knowledge of Azure data solutions such as Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics- Experience in monitoring and performance analysis using Azure Monitor- Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture and SRE teams- Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills- Experience in automating administrative and deployment tasks- Good communication skills with experience engaging multiple stakeholders- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher**We offer**- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet billsEPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
