Global Procurement Analyst

Overview:The **Global Procurement Analyst** will be responsible for managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing process, including **RFPs, auctions** (reverse, Japanese, Dutch, etc.), and **contract management**. This role requires a procurement professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of procurement methodologies.Key responsibilities include:- Running sourcing events in **Ariba**- Analyzing and presenting data using tools like **Excel (advanced), Power BI, PowerApps, and Access**- Collaborating cross-functionally while ensuring full compliance with **PepsiCo policies**- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce administrative workloadThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a data-driven, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving results in procurement.**Responsibilities**:**Procurement Management (RFI, RFP, Auctions, etc.)**- Lead sourcing strategy execution to drive cost savings and process efficiency.- Manage end-to-end RFP processes: create event documentation, set up events in **Ariba**, coordinate supplier communications, and evaluate proposals.- Analyze supplier responses and provide recommendations based on cost, quality, service levels, and innovation.- Work cross-functionally to ensure sourcing activities align with business needs.**Data & Cost Analysis**- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and capacity insights.- Conduct cost breakdown and price modeling to distinguish compressible vs. non-compressible spend and identify key cost drivers.**Supplier Management**-- Onboard suppliers to required documentation and **e-sourcing** tools.- Ensure follow-up and support throughout sourcing events.**Contract Management**- Oversee the full contract lifecycle (drafting, tracking, execution, renewals).- Ensure compliance with **PepsiCo policies** and legal requirements.- Partner with legal to review and finalize contracts.**Continuous Improvement & Reporting**- Drive automation, standardization, and simplification across procurement processes; benchmark with other global hubs.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in **Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI**, etc., to share key results with stakeholders.Qualifications:- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**Advanced English** (spoken, written, and reading)**2-3 years of experience** in Strategic Sourcing, with a strong understanding of global procurement practices- Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to interpret complex data and provide data-driven recommendations- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**- Proficient in **procurement software**, especially **Ariba Sourcing** (RFI, RFP, auctions)- Solid understanding of **contractual and legal considerations** in procurement- Advanced skills in **MS Excel** and **Access**; experience with tools like **Power BI**, **Power Apps**, etc., is a plus**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
