Job Summary The Supply Network Planner is the main link between Sub/Hub Demand Planners and Production Planners at Colgate‑Palmolive sites and Contract Manufacturers. This role translates the demand plan into inventory and replenishment requirements across the supply network, with a focus on the Caribbean market. The planner ensures product availability from sourcing locations in Guatemala and Mexico to Caribbean sourcers and manages direct shipments to the Caribbean, balancing customer service, inventory, and cost while driving process and system improvements. Manage end-to-end replenishment flows and direct shipments from Guatemala and Mexico to the Caribbean, optimizing inventory levels. Use supply chain data and analytics to support fact-based decisions and recommendations. Apply best practices in SAP APO and related tools, understanding constraints such as product release, manufacturing capacity, distribution, and customer requirements. Technical skills: Strong experience with SAP/APO/PPDS/IBP. Proficiency with DOMO (or similar BI tool) and advanced Excel. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Caribbean markets or multi-country hubs. Knowledge or certification in Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience improving manual/semi-manual planning processes and/or supporting planning system transitions (e.g., Kinaxis). Proven ability to share best practices, improve Supply Chain processes, and use SAP APO functionalities effectively. High learning agility, openness to change, and a proactive mindset to drive process and performance improvements. Core Competencies Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain (manufacturing, product release, distribution, and customer requirements). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, with effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and partly manual environment, managing multiple priorities.
