Director of Purchasing Role Overview The Director of Purchasing is a key position responsible for managing and coordinating purchasing department operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality supplies to various departments within our organization. Lead purchasing teams in procuring goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, global standards, and industry best practices. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that reduce costs while maintaining product quality. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management. At least three years' experience as a Strategy Procurement Manager in hospitality resorts is preferred.
