Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Sales Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for projects in Process Automation Energy Industries in Mexico. In this role your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation business unit. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews. - Coordinating with the supply chain to identify suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends. - Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process. - Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechatronics, Communications, Electronics, Systems Engineering or related.- +5 years of experience working in similar position.- Experience in Tender Quotation (offer integration and sales support).- Knowledge in the portfolio of control and safety systems, and experience in supplier management as a complement to the solution offered.- Middle to Advanced English communication skills- Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce management.- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Power Generation segments is a plus.**What's in it for you?**:- Be yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference- Get motivated by continuous improvement in what we do and how we do it, bring your know-how.- Coaching and mentoring from senior leaders and colleagues**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Healthcare plan- Retirement plan- Wellbeing program- Life insurance- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
