Participate in product and design discussions to provide technical insights and shape feature direction. Mentor junior developers and help improve team practices around testing, tooling, and performance. Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices. Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of professional experience in front‑end development. Strong expertise in React and TypeScript. Experience interacting with RESTful APIs and working with backend services. Familiar with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Comfortable writing unit/integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Proven ability to work in Agile development environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
