As a Technical Lead, you'll be architecting solutions for a wide array of problems. Be part of the development team, making the hard decisions, reviewing pull requests, and adding code to the solution.**What You’ll Do**:- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.- Develop and maintain APIs.- Optimize app performance for speed and scalability.- Implement security and data protection measures.- Design and implement data storage solutions.- Deploy web apps to remote environments.**What You'll Bring to the Team**:- 4+ years of experience working as a Ruby On Rails Developer- Ability to write clean, reliable, and scalable Ruby code- Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM- Experience working with Ruby on Rails as well as libraries like Sidekiq and RSpec- An Agile and Scrum Mentality- Testing capabilities- Good understanding of Linux command line- Code versioning (Git)- English proficiency (C1)- Knowledge of GraphQL \u007C Nice to Have- Experience with back-end languages or frameworks like Node.js and Laravel would be a plus.**We Offer You**:- Flexible Working Schedule- Remote Work- Competitive Compensation- Performance Bonuses- Surprise Goodies+ Many Cool Benefits**About Koombea**Koombea is an international app development company founded in 2007.
