About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions. This person ensures deals close smoothly, meets deadlines, and maintains compliance while providing top-tier client service. Key Responsibilities Manage transactions from contract to closing, including tracking deadlines, contingencies, and documentation. Review contracts, amendments, and addendums for accuracy. Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies. Maintain transaction records in CRM and MLS platforms. Prepare closing binders and documentation for review. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the transaction and elevate as needed. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements 2+ years in real estate transaction coordination or related admin experience. Deep knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and MLS systems. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without errors.
